Namvar Abbasian was born in 1968 and began photography at the age of 17. He studied agriculture for years, but dropped out to follow his passion for photography. His prime interest is wild life photography, where he spends hours and days to take the right shot.
The love for nature has taken him to safari in Africa , where he made his documentary safari Africa for ACT TV , and to Canada, where he took 50snapshots of different species of butterflies. Besides nature, he has a lot of experience with aerial and industrial photography. He currently runs photography desk of Persia digest, is an active member of the society of cultural heritage photographer and several other photography bodies.
